Visiting World Press Photo 09
World Press Photo adalah event tahunan yang diselenggarakan oleh Media Indonesia bekerjasama dengan World Press Photo (lembaga independen, dan nirlaba (non-profit), berkantor pusat di Amsterdam, Belanda dan didirikan pada tahun 1955).
Setelah tahun lalu mendulang sukses besar dengan menghadirkan jumlah pengunjung lebih dari 10.000 orang selama 28 hari pameran.
Tahun ini kompetisi diikuti oleh 5,019 fotografer dari 125 negara. Total 80,536 foto atau gambar yang masuk mengikuti kompetisi ini. Dan pameran foto ini dipamerkan di lebih dari 100 tempat di seluruh dunia.
